1. Why This Policy Matters
Woolfr exists to help adults in the LGBTQ+ community connect in safe and meaningful ways. Nothing is more important to us than the physical and emotional safety of our members. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is a grave violation of human rights and has no place—anywhere, ever. This page explains the rules, tools, and resources we use to prevent, detect, and remove CSAE content or activity on Woolfr.
2. Zero‑Tolerance Commitment
- No minors, no exceptions – You must be 18 years or older to create an account, appear in photos, join group chats, or attend Woolfr‑hosted events.
- Immediate removal & reporting – Any material or behavior that even suggests sexual activity involving a minor triggers instant account termination, removal of the content, and a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant authority in your country.
- Permanent bans – Individuals found engaging in CSAE will be permanently banned across all Woolfr products and may be blocked from partnering platforms.
3. What Is Prohibited?
Category | Examples (non‑exhaustive) |
---|---|
CSAE content | Images, videos, audio, text, or links depicting or describing sexual activity with minors; art or deep‑fakes that sexualize minors; sexual comments about someone known or believed to be under 18. |
Solicitation | Attempting to meet, groom, or obtain sexual content from a minor; requests for “younger pics,” “under‑age,” or similar code words. |
Sexual extortion | Threatening to share a minor’s intimate images to obtain more images, money, or favors. |
Age misrepresentation | Pretending to be under 18 to attract minors, or pretending to be 18+ while actually underage. |
Important: “Minor” means anyone under 18, regardless of local age‑of‑consent laws.
4. How We Detect and Enforce
- Live‑Selfie Age Check – On sign‑up we ask for a brief live selfie. Automated models confirm you’re an adult without storing biometric data. If verification fails or is refused, the account receives an instant, permanent ban.
- AI Text & Media Screening – All messages and uploads are scanned in real time by advanced AI models that flag CSAE‑related terms, grooming patterns, or illicit imagery.
- Hash‑Matching – Uploaded media is compared against industry CSAE hash databases (e.g., Project Arachnid, NCMEC).
- Human Moderation 24/7 – A dedicated Trust & Safety team reviews flagged content within minutes.
- Law‑Enforcement Liaison – We preserve evidence and cooperate fully with lawful requests.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Be truthful about your age.
- Verify before sharing. If someone looks or sounds under 18—or refuses selfie verification—end the chat and report them.
- Never forward suspect material. Sharing = distribution = a serious crime.
- Use the in‑app “Report” button or email https://help.woolfr.com/support/ if you see anything questionable.
6. How to Report CSAE on Woolfr
- Tap ⋯ on the profile, message, or image.
- Select Report ➜ Sexual content involving minors.
- Add any details (screenshots are auto‑attached).
- Our Trust & Safety team locks the content, investigates, and will update you (usually within 24 hours).
If you are ever in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
